How do I protect my progress?

COPU works locally, so your campaign is playable without an account — but progress that lives only on a device is lost with that device. Open Account & wallet and link a Google or Apple account. From then on your progress, COPUCOIN, and boosts are stored in the cloud and follow you to a new phone.

I signed in on a new phone and it asked which save to keep.

That happens when the device already has local progress and the account already has a cloud save. COPU never merges two saves, because a merge quietly invents progress that neither save had. Pick the one you want to continue — we keep a backup of the one that is replaced, so if you choose wrong, write to us and we will look.

How do I delete my account and progress?

In COPU, open Account & wallet → Danger zone → Delete account & progress. If you cannot access the app, use the instructions on our Account Deletion page. Deletion is permanent, and it takes your COPUCOIN balance with it.

I bought COPUCOIN and it did not arrive.

First make sure you are signed in to the same account you bought on — coins are credited to an account, not to a device. If they are still missing, email us with the Google Play or App Store order reference and we will sort it out. We never need your password, card details, or a one-time code.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are taken by Google Play or the App Store, and their refund policies are usually the fastest route. Your statutory consumer rights apply in full — see Right of withdrawal and If something is wrong in our Terms of Use. If a purchase did not work, contact us and we will fix it regardless.

Does COPU show ads?

No. COPU contains no ads, no advertising SDK, no cross-app tracking, no chat, and no player-created content. The only optional spending is COPUCOIN, and the campaign is designed to be finished without it.

What does COPU send about how I play?

Two things, both switchable in the game's Settings. Crash reports are on by default and describe the app when it breaks — the failing code, your device model, the level you were on. If Play data is also enabled, recent Analytics events can appear as breadcrumbs in a crash report. Play data is off until you agree on first launch; if you do, it sends which level, which attempt, and whether you won or lost, plus basic app-session and device details, so we can find levels and flows that need work. It can also include store and cloud-sync outcomes. Neither carries your name, your email, your moves on the board, or an advertising identifier. Play-data collection stops immediately when switched off. On iOS, the native Crashlytics opt-out completes after you close and reopen COPU. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Can I report a bug?

Yes. Please include your device model, operating-system version, the COPU version, and the steps that led to the issue. This helps us reproduce it without asking for more personal information than needed.
